1. All product support and warranty coverage is provided by the Korg distributor of the country from which you purchased your product. We extend technical support only for product purchased from an AUDIOPHILE COMPONENTS branch or authorized dealer.
2. Proof of purchase is required for both warranty coverage OR after-warranty service. For this purpose, the sales invoice or a true copy thereof OR a photo of the serial number are the only acceptable proof of purchase.
3. We extend warranty coverage to the first consumer-purchaser EXCEPT for the products listed below. This warranty does not cover any product which is not purchased in the Philippines from an authorized AUDIOPHILE COMPONENTS dealer. This warranty period includes both expressed and implied warranties. Any product found to be defective within the period will be repaired OR replaced at the option of MUSIC & AUDIO SOLUTIONS & SERVICES, INC., without charge, provided that:
a) the product was not misused, improperly maintained or repaired by any person not authorized by MUSIC & AUDIO or AUDIOPHILE COMPONENTS,
b) the product’s failure resulted from a defect in material or workmanship, and was not damaged in transit, by battery leakage, by accident or by fire, nor damage due to use other than it’s intended use, and
c) the product is delivered prepaid to the AUDIOPHILE COMPONENTS SERVICE CENTER or to AUDIOPHILE COMPONENTS at 1200 Pres. Quirino Avenue Extension, Paco, Manila.
4. Our units carry a 1-year warranty on labor and a 6-month warranty on parts from purchase date, EXCEPT for the following products and components:

5. Damage resulting from the following causes are excluded from the warranty:
• Misuse, including damage occurring during shipment, damage caused by battery leakage, accident, fire, unauthorized repairs, tampering, cosmetic damage or other types of damage which are the result of improper handling or abuse.
• The cleaning of controls or contacts due to exposure to dirty, dusty, or otherwise contaminated environment.
• Damage resulting from modification.
6. Labor charges for repairs outside warranty coverage do not include the cost of parts replaced and materials used towards restoring the unit. The following schedule of labor charges shall cover any and all procedures done per Job Order:
• For product purchased from Audiophile Components: PHP 1,500
• For product NOT purchased from Audiophile Components: PHP 5,000
• For Nautilus NOT purchased from Audiophile Components: PHP 10,000
7. We do not sell components and spares (parts).
8. We do not guarantee availability of parts for retired models.
9. Our prices are FOB-Manila and the warranty requires that the unit be brought to our Service Department in Manila. For customers residing outside Metro Manila, the following shall apply:
• For claims against the warranty for operational defects observed within Ten (10) calendar days from purchase date, the customer must send the unit to us freight prepaid. Music & Audio shoulders the freight and handling costs for return shipping to the customer, in the safest and most cost-effective mode of our choosing.
• For claims against the warranty beyond the Tenth (10th) calendar day, the customer must send the unit to us freight prepaid, and also shoulder freight and handling charges for return shipping in the mode and by a company of the customer’s choosing. The customer assumes sole responsibility for canvassing rates for this purpose. At the customer’s request, Music & Audio can assist with arranging the return process on best efforts.
