1. FREE SHIPPING to any serviceable point in the Philippines for a minimum purchase of ₱ 30,000. In some instances, the courier is unable to provide door-to-door service to a location without prior notice. In these cases, the customer must pick up the parcel from the courier’s nearest office in the locale. In addition, we will not be liable for any and all transportation and miscellaneous charges you may incur in the process of retrieving your order from the pick-up point. If you choose not to pick-up from the courier’s nominated location and instead file for a refund, we will charge the original delivery cost against your refund amount.
2. For purchases below ₱ 30,000, shipping charges to be collected at checkout are:

3. We will check your orders for blemishes and functional defects to ensure that they are in proper merchantable order and fully functioning. For this purpose, we will open your carton(s) and test the components individually, taking great care to repack them as close as possible to the condition they were originally shipped to us.
4. We will accept the return and the attendant request for replacement of items proven beyond reasonable doubt to be defective no more than Seven (7) working days from receipt of the item(s).
5. Shipping times depend entirely on the couriers’ collection and delivery schedules. For this purpose, please ensure that your address and contact number are correct and accurately entered.
